About StockETA

StockETA is operated by Miloslav Mucha. This policy explains how the StockETA Shopify application processes information when a merchant installs and uses the app.

Information we process

To provide the service, StockETA processes:

• store identity and authorized Shopify session information,
• product, variant, inventory, and incoming shipment information,
• app configuration, language settings, and manual arrival dates,
• feedback messages you submit, together with their category, language, store domain, processing status, and submission time,
• pending synchronization records containing the store domain and processing metadata, including scheduling times and retry counts,
• technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

StockETA does not request access to customer records and does not use customer personal data to provide its features.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate the merchant, calculate and publish restock information, store app settings, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Authentication sessions, feedback, and pending synchronization records are stored in the active application database on infrastructure operated for StockETA. App settings and published restock information are also stored in Shopify metafields. We do not sell merchant or store information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers solely to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law.

When we process a verified Shopify app-uninstall or shop-redaction webhook, we delete that store's authentication sessions, feedback, and pending synchronization records from the active application database. Deleting these active database records does not automatically remove copies held in backups or existing technical logs. Data stored in Shopify metafields is separate from these application database records.

A delayed uninstall notification from an earlier installation does not delete data for a newer installation.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. Information may be processed outside the merchant's country where our service providers operate, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

Your choices and contact

Merchants can uninstall StockETA at any time to revoke future access to their Shopify store. For access, correction, deletion, privacy, or security questions, email miloslav.mucha@live.com.
